New facility in Flower Mound marks return of CLARK HQ to the U.S.
CLARK Material Handling has officially opened its new global headquarters in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The facility represents a major milestone for the company, marking the return of its corporate headquarters to the United States and setting the stage for future growth in the global material handling industry.
Located in Flower Mound, Texas, the 56,972-square-foot facility is owned by CLARK and is designed to function as a central hub for innovation, training, and administration. The site features a range of capabilities, including:

The headquarters was strategically positioned near Dallas Fort Worth International Airport to provide convenient access for international partners. Construction began after the company established a temporary office in March 2022. The permanent location officially opened in November 2024.
The facility currently houses 36 employees, with plans to expand to 65 by the end of 2025. CLARK’s U.S. factory in Lexington, Kentucky, remains operational and continues to support manufacturing, engineering, R&D, and quality control.

CLARK also welcomed Honorary Chairman S.H. Baik to the opening ceremony. He shared his long-standing vision of bringing the global headquarters back to America, which he called “the birthplace of the forklift.”
